- Images provided are social media-sized and ready for use.
- Images are licensed for social media use only. Images can be used on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- *Locations that require a fee to use the facility or location are paid by the client; for example, using the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, there is a $150 location fee for a two-hour portrait session. If you are a member, you get one complimentary session each year.
- All private business locations must agree to the portrait session in advance and sign a property release to protect the influencer and Swartz Portraits.
- All selected images are licensed to the influencer for online use and not authorized for print.

Once the portrait session is over, your photographer will cull the best images and present you with the unedited images. Once you select your favorite images, the photographer will edit them and deliver them to you digitally for download onto your smartphone or computer. Images are hosted on the website for six months.
